In Hindi, I saw V. FBI Agent Peter Strahm is held in the sickroom after shooting Jeff Denlon at the meatpacking facility. He discovers a concealed exit and a microcassette recorder, which advises him to stay in the sickroom, but he ignores it and is assaulted by someone wearing a pig mask in the tunnel.
